Cancellation information in Kikoto
1. Kikoto as a commercial intermediary
Kikoto acts as a commercial intermediary between the service provider (the SHIPPING COMPANY) and the end customer (Kikoto user). Therefore, Kikoto is not responsible for any changes the SHIPPING COMPANY may make to the reservation, whether it be cancellation, delay, or relocation.
2. Procedure in case of cancellation by the shipping company
In the event that a departure is canceled by the FERRY COMPANY, the reservation amount will be fully refunded to the customer. Kikoto is committed to managing this refund quickly and transparently, working with the relevant FERRY COMPANY to ensure the funds are returned as soon as possible.
3. Procedure in case of cancellation by the customer
If the customer decides to cancel their reservation, Kikoto will always try to ensure the customer can recover their money. However, reimbursement conditions will depend on the policies of the contracted FERRY COMPANY and how close it is to the departure date. It is important to note that:
- Some FERRY COMPANIES apply penalties for cancellations made close to the departure date.
- Specific refund and penalty policies may vary depending on the FERRY COMPANY.

Important note: Kikoto will always act in defense of the client's interests and will do everything possible to minimize penalties or recover the full amount depending on the circumstances.
